Marc Strubbe inherited the family brewery, and made it a point to incorporate advanced laboratory techniques into the traditional brewing methods. Brewing commissioned beers and foreign beers under license helps things tick over.

The barrels and fermentation tanks allow Marc to work with variable blending.
