Arjun's uncle Sanjay Kapoor teased Malaika in the comments section and asked, "Who clicked the picture?" Not wanting to miss an opportunity to pull his girlfriend's leg, Arjun also commented, "Yeah, who??? Pray tell."

Sanjay and his family, who are also vacationing in the US, joined Arjun and Malaika in New York. Maheep Kapoor shared a picture of the couple with her son Jahaan Kapoor on Instagram.

The photo, which featured Arjun, Malaika and Jahaan in shades of orange, white and green, reminded Maheep of the national flag. "Jai Hind," she humourously captioned the click.

On Arjun's birthday this year, Malaika made their relationship Insta-official. Sharing a loved-up photo of them, she showered praise on her "crazy, insanely funny and amazing" boyfriend.

The grapevine was abuzz with speculation that Arjun and Malaika were planning to tie the knot soon, but the Namastey England actor refuted the rumours in a recent interview with Bombay Times.

"Even though I come from a broken home, I believe in marriage. I see a lot of happily married couples around. I believe it is a good option to have. But that doesn't mean you can jump the gun and go straight to it. Life has to lead you to it. You have to discover things, enjoy the relationship's ups and downs, and then see where it takes you," he said.
