The Scottish singer sailed through to the next stage of the ITV competition with a stunning rendition of 'Hold On Tight' by Greg Holden whilst Welsh duo wowed with Drake's 'Hold On, We're Going Home' to save them a place in Sir Tom Jones' top three. Wowzaaaassss #teamtom @thevoiceuk (sic)" After their performance, the duo were praised for their uniqueness and sheer talent. will.i.am said: "I would buy you guy's music... true fire." And Jennifer Hudson was equally impressed, adding: "I felt and heard every single beautiful note." Meanwhile, Tom later took to Twitter to congratulate his three quarter finalists whilst also offering his condolences to axed acts Capital B, Dannii Barnes and Victoria Kerley, who he stole from will.i.am during the battle rounds.
