1. There are 16 meals you can order off the McDonald's menu that come in under 400 and 600 calorieswhich include burgers, nuggets and egg McMuffins.

2. A McDonalds' crispy chicken and bacon salad contains more calories than their hamburger.

In fact, a McDonald's hamburger is actually a fairly healthy choice from the McDonald's menu, containing just 250 calories "which is extremely low as burgers go", nutritionist Lily Soutter tells us. "The beef patty is made of 100% pure beef, with no additives, fillers, binders, preservatives or flavour enhancers", she says.
