Chest Press with Band: Step 1
Step 1 Hold an end of a resistance band or tube in each hand and stretch it across your back. Get in pushup position with your body forming a straight line from your shoulders to your heels.

Chest Press with Band: Step 2
Step 2 Brace your core. Lower your body until your chest rests 1 inch above the floor. Pause at the bottom and reverse direction back to starting position. Perform the prescribed amount of repetitions.
