Step 1 Attach a resistance band overhead and hold an end in your right hand. Kneel in front of the anchor point and extend your arm up. Keep your chin parallel to the floor and a natural arch in your lower back.

Step 2 Brace your core and draw your shoulder blades together while pulling your right hand down toward the side of your body. Pause at the bottom and reverse direction back to staring position. Perform the prescribed number of repetitions before switching sides.
