7 Flat Tummy Foods

1. Cinnamon

Cinnamon can help speed up metabolism as it takes a little extra energy to metabolise. This boost in metabolism will allow you to burn more calories and assists with flattening the tum.

2. Chicken

Similar to cinnamon, your body uses more energy to break down protein than carbohydrates, or fats. The more clean protein you eat they better for your mid-drift.

Studies have shown that drinking down two to four cups of green tea a day can increase metabolism by 4 to 10 percent, thanks to a powerful antioxidant called EGCG.
