You must have been living under a rock to not notice Khloe Kardashian’s amazing body transformation. 

She’s slimmed down, toned up and looks amazing for it. 

We all know she takes her workouts seriously from strength training to jumping rope to cardio in a ‘sauna bag’. But what does the 32-year-old reality star eat to alongside her workout regime to keep in such good shape?

In a recent interview with Health magazine, Khloe revealed her go-to breakfast, lunch and dinner. 

Khloe said she loves to cook and pancakes are a breakfast favourite of hers but certainly not an every day thing. 

‘My breakfasts are pretty routine, because I’m not a breakfast person, I had to train myself to do that,’ she told the magazine. 

Most days she has steel cut oats with flaxseed powder or a protein shake but not your boring type. She adds almond butter, banana and berries to protein powder shakes to make them more enjoyable.
