European countries struggle to make most of Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine doses
Switzerland, France and Germany say they're struggling to get the recommended six shots out of each vial of vaccine made by Pfizer and BioNTech, potentially slowing the rollout of inoculations. Julian Satterthwaite reports.
