U.S. health agency shortens quarantine guidance following coronavirus exposure
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Director Dr. Robert Redfield on Tuesday said December, January and February will be "the most difficult time in the public health history of this nation" and encouraged Americans to wear masks to slow COVID-19 spread.
