"Not one cent of funds for the NDIS is being used to support our new Future Drought Fund. The NDIS is 100% fully funded. Every cent, every dollar," Mr Morrison tweeted on Saturday.

Of the $5 billion dollar Future Drought Fund announced at the Friday summit, Mr Morrison told The Australian the initial $3.9 million dollar contribution was from Labor's Building Australia Fund - which the government had put aside for the NDIS.
