Car culture is great in Australia, we have such a wide range of vehicles both new and classic. Car shows are in plentiful supply every weekend during the year.

But there is one thing we do lack in Australia and that is we don't get to see the hyper and high-end exotics that are created by some of the biggest performance car makers from around the world.

So that's why on a recent trip to the USA I thought it was a must to check out on the local exotic car shows in California.

Protection Film Solutions is an automotive wrap company based in Santa Ana, California. They recently moved location and what better way to celebrate than to throw an open house. So the doors were thrown open on Saturday 9th September to the public, the event was also a charity event to help raise funds for the Tilly's Life Center foundation.

Now to the cars in attendance, as I arrived on the show the first car I saw was a Porsche 918, now I have only ever seen one of those in Australia and that was when Porsche brought a car out for a tour a few years back.

From there the impressive list of exotics just continued to grow, a full list of the high end cars is below.

Other notable cars on display included a brand new Ford GT, as well as the previous generation Ford GT, an awesome US Specialty Vehicles Rhino GX, which is one of the largest SUV available on the US market, a Mclaren 720S, Lexus LFA as well of a bunch of other cool exotics.

I left the show in awe of what I had just seen, I so glad I had my camera on me so that I could record what I had seen.
