
Aboriginal land council levels criticism at NT government over unregulated land clearing
A powerful Aboriginal Land council says it has lost confidence in the Northern Territory government after an ABC investigation which uncovered evidence of land clearing without a permit for the cotton industry. A major lobby group says the government has also failed to protect an iconic river.
