Assault charges against John Barilaro dismissed
Charges against former NSW Deputy Premier John Barilaro over his alleged assault of a cameraman have been dismissed on mental health grounds. A court heard he was experiencing depression and anxiety at the time, with his lawyer lashing out at sections of the media.
