More than 1,000 charges laid as part of NSW operation
Nearly 650 people have been arrested in New South Wales as part of a state-wide blitz targeting perpetrators of domestic violence. Some of the offenders had warrants out for their arrest or apprehended violence orders. More than one thousand charges have been laid during the four-day police operation. The charges include possession of prohibited weapons such as axes and knuckle dusters.
