Regional Tasmania struggles with lack of aged care facilities

Many of us imagine spending our twilight years in familiar communities, but for people in rural areas, it's not always an option. On Tasmania’s West Coast, older people are having to say goodbye to their friends and neighbours just to get the care they need.
