Rural community in northern Victoria fights to save its only school after teacher pulled from classes
Residents of a rural community in north east Victoria are fighting to save their town's only school. The education department has decided not to employ any teachers at Devenish Primary School this year because of low student numbers, but parents say they were shocked when students who showed up for the first day of term were turned away.
