PM says Libs direct action cost to reduce emissions is $3.5billion "and it works"

He says the cost is $3.5 billion and was estimated to cost in GDP terms by 0.6 percent. Mr Morrison says those figures were based on policies that the government is no longer "proceeding with"."It is not our policy to have an economy wide carbon price.
