Finland Prime Minister warns democracies to put pressure on Russia
Finland's Prime Minister has used a speech in Sydney to warn democracies they need to reduce their dependence on authoritarian states. Sanna Marin is the first Finnish Prime Minister to visit Australia and she met Anthony Albanese this afternoon. Sanna Marin struck a fairly grim tone in her speech calling on the west to ramp up pressure on Russia over its invasion of Ukraine.
