Thousands of Medicare numbers leaked in Optus data breach
The Attorney-General Mark Dreyfus has criticised Optus for not initially telling that Medicare numbers were included in a massive data breach. Optus will contact nearly 15,000 customers whose current Medicare ID numbers were exposed in last week's major cyber attack.
