A real-life swan lake!

Hundreds of swans left their home in the Yamalo-Nenets region of Russia and moved to Altai region on the Svetloe lake for the winter. It's estimated that up to 750 birds have been living there. After conducting some tests on the swans’ feathers, local scientists proved that the swans originally come from the tundra, located near the polar circle. During their stay on the lake and in the natural reserve, the swans have become a tourist attraction, helping them earn money for upkeep.
