Actor Brad Pitt is adding the title of hotelier to his resume.

The father of six has settled on the small town of Zablace (above) in Croatia for a new resort he plans to build, which will include a luxury hotel, golf course, restaurants, and shops, the Telegraph reports. The development is estimated to cost $1.5 billion.

Nikola Bašić, a Croatian architect working on the project, joined the actor on a site tour last week. He's known for creating Sea Organ, in Croatia's Zadar (below), a huge staircase sculpture that plays music created by waves as they flow through its subterranean tubes.

The plan reportedly includes building schools and a clinic, too. Pitt also toured the Zablace's Unesco-designated St. James Cathedral.

While no timeline has been announced for the project Swiss investment fund TFI Holding has reportedly already invested $70 million toward the idea, so it may be possible to stay at a Brad Pitt-owned hotel sooner than you'd think.
