Vic "not happy" as state left to go it alone on cladding fix

July 18, 2019. Victorian planning minister Richard Wynne speaking to media after a meeting with his state and federal counterparts in Sydney about national cladding rectification and building standard reform. Wynne says he is "not happy" that the federal government has refused to help fund any rectification needed in removing flammable cladding from buildings but understands the position. He also says the government had to step-in because people bought properties in good faith without the knowledge their cladding put them at serious risk. (AAP VIDEO/Andrew Leeson)
