Cranky ostrich gives camera a peck

One of 15 new additions to Werribee Open Range Zoo’s ostrich flock in late October, a particularly curious and slightly cranky-looking ostrich, got close enough to a cameraman to give his lens a peck. The zoo’s newest African Black and Australian Grey ostriches include 10 females and 5 males. They will be housed in the Woodlands area and the Savannah.
