Dandenong housing complex to provide safe accommodation for women and children

When women and children flee family violence, their first stop is often a refuge providing a safe place to sleep until they can begin building a new life. And that's when the struggle really begins battling to find accommodation and support services back in the outside world. But a new housing complex in Dandenong is about to completely change the way it's done. It's an apartment blocking offering safe, permanent accommodation to women and children with support services built in.
