SEMA was a blur this year—but that's really no different than any other year. The crowds were as horrendous as ever in the Las Vegas Convention Center, but the quality of cars made it all worth it. It wasn't just "cars" that got us excited, it was the Corvettes and boy were there a lot of them! The variety was astounding. We saw everything from a super-rare 1957 Airbox to a chromatic C7 Stingray and everything in between.

Research

Indoors we found tons of high-end builds including C1 through C3 Vettes with LS and LT engine swaps, lots of custom body modifications and tech galore. Outside we found the usual lineup of Optima cars where just almost half of the competition consisted of our favorite two-door American sports car. These Corvettes were all decked out with big sticky tires, a healthy dose of carbon fiber and lots of aerodynamic improvements. But don't just take our word for it, go check out our comprehensive photo gallery and take in all the Corvette goodness we found at SEMA 2017. Oh, and take note, because if we get our way there's a good chance you'll see a few of these beauties on the pages of Vette magazine in the months to come. Enjoy!
