Chamber of Commerce asks Ottawa to help major restaurant chains
The Canadian Chamber of Commerce is urging Ottawa to change some of the rules around the Canada Emergency Rent Subsidy (CERS) program. As Abigail Bimman explains, the group says many businesses are on the brink of bankruptcy.
