Notorious alleged B.C. gangster ordered extradited from Puerto Rico
After 11 years on the run, fugitive Conor D'Monte has been ordered extradited back to Canada by a Puerto Rican judge, to stand trial for the killing of a rival gang member. Rumina Daya reports.
