Police say Takeoff was 'innocent bystander' and 'not involved' in argument that led to fatal shooting
Sgt. Michael Burrow with the Houston police department's homicide division spoke more on the investigation into the shooting death of rapper Takeoff on Friday after the department announced an arrest had been made. Burrow said through their investigation they determined Takeoff had been an "innocent bystander" and was not involved in the dice game or subsequent argument at the private party that led to his shooting death. He was also not armed.
