Regina police chief announces retirement, reflects on his career path

Regina Police Service Chief Evan Bray announced his plans to retire in June on Wednesday. Bray took a moment to reflect on his career in broadcasting before he entered law enforcement. He said it gave him the opportunity to build relationships within the community and develop strong communication skills which is essential to good policing.
