Vancouver police shoplifting blitz leads to 217 arrests

Vancouver police say a crackdown on shoplifters has led to more than 200 arrests in just three weeks. Officers enlisted the help of more than two dozen retailers to help identify known shoplifters and detain them right outside the stores.
