No limits to modifications

Modified and customized cars have been around since the dawn of motoring, but the movement really intensified following the Second World War. Since then, modified cars have been categorized (custom, hot rod, tuners, etc.) and have taken on many forms. But one constant has remained: the creator's boundless imagination. This gallery is about the hot rodding movement, which seeks to modify both aesthetics and performance. In celebration of the Canadian International Auto Show's 40th anniversary, the show put emphasis on hot rods manufactured in Canada. Take a look through some of the cars on display: you're certain to be impressed.
