BMW’s EfficientDynamics programme has now been going for more than a decade, and is arguably responsible for mainstream acceptance of all kinds of fuel-saving technology — including stop-start, brake-energy recuperation and active aerodynamics.All of the above have had a significant impact on the amount of fuel our cars consume and the CO2 they emit. But BMW isn’t done yet. EfficientDynamics is an on-going programme of improvement, and U.K.'s MSN Cars went to visit the German premium marque’s Miramas test facility in France to find out what’s coming next.
