1. The Flintstones

One wonders how Fred managed to stay so fat, what with powering his car with his feet. The Flintstones' family hauler was made of rocks, sticks, and a rectangular chunk of cloth for a roof. It's got several obvious engineering flaws, not the least of which is that it's awfully tough to gain forward momentum while seated with your thighs parallel to the ground. If you've got wheels on your chair, go ahead and try it. It lacks A and B-pillars, which you'd think would make the roof collapse (especially when it was loaded down with cave-luggage and the Rubbles' son Bamm-Bamm) but it managed to stay mobile for all six seasons.
