The disaster that was the Fyre Festival is getting the Hollywood treatment.

With the help of Seth Rogen, The Lonely Island (Akiva Schaffer, Andy Samberg and Jorma Taccone) is working on a horribly-gone-wrong music festival, much like last year's Fyre.

When the events of Fyre Festival unfolded, both Rogen and the parody group teased something similar: "This seems like a good time to mention the movie we are making with The Lonely Island about a music festival that goes HORRIBLY WRONG," wrote Rogen on Twitter.

The Lonely Island replied, "For real, thinking about suing Fyre Festival for stealing our idea."

But speaking with The Daily Beast this week, Taccone confirmed the film is still in the works.

"I don’t want to divulge all the details but we’re figuring it out right now," he said. "You’ve seen the docs, right? It’s crazy. This is something that Akiva and Seth cooked up, and we’re figuring it all out right now.”

The news of the upcoming film follows Netflix's wildly popular look at the festival in the documentary, "Fyre: The Greatest Party That Never Happened".
