Brayan Andrade tops Billboard’s Latin Songwriters chart (dated Oct. 17) for the first time thanks to his sole writing credit on Porte Diferente’s “Es Diferente.” Andrade (full name: Brayan Ulises Andrade Pedrego) is also the group’s lead singer.

The single debuts at No. 20 on the Hot Latin Songs chart, driven by 2.8 million U.S. streams, according to Nielsen Music/MRC Data. The track is from the group’s new LP of the same name, which debuts at No. 1 on Regional Mexican Albums and No. 2 on Top Latin Albums with 11,000 equivalent album units.

On the Latin Producers chart, Tainy rules for a record-extending 51st week, thanks to five production credits on Hot Latin Songs. His collab with J Balvin, Bad Bunny and Dua Lipa, “Un Dia (One Day),” ranks highest at No. 2.

The weekly Latin Songwriters and Latin Producers charts are based on total points accrued by a songwriter and producer, respectively, for each attributed song that appears on the Hot Latin Songs chart; As with Billboard’s yearly recaps, multiple writers or producers split points for each song equally (and the dividing of points will lead to occasional ties on rankings).
