Fans are falling all over themselves in the comments of Hailee Steinfeld's latest Instagram post. The Dickinson actress and singer, 24, just flashed her sculpted abs in three brand new photos—and fans in her comments were here. For. It.

"This fit 😍😍🔥👏," one user wrote, while someone else added, "looking good🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥." In the snaps, Hailee rocks a black crop top with a matching skirt, and her toned core is on full display. She's looking stronger then ever (and clearly, fans noticed).

"She wants the mess she wants you 🥀 #dickinson," Hailee captioned her post. It's a teaser for Dickinson's upcoming season 3, which drops this November. And, Hailee is totally serving those eerie, Victorian vibes in these shots:

Turns out, Hailee's secret for strengthening her six-pack isn't under wraps anymore. On The Kelly Clarkson Show, she revealed that she does a staggering 3,000 crunches every day—and, yep, that number is real.

Kelly thought Hailee was joking, but it turns out she's completely serious:

And, Hailee isn't the only Steinfeld with a passion for exercise. Her father, Pete Steinfeld, is a trainer who helps Hailee sweat on the reg, according to Delish. Growing up, he taught Hailee how to kickbox: "It took me so long to get it right, but now, I've been doing it for so long that I didn't think anything of it," she said.

When she's on the road, Hailee has to get creative with shorter workouts. She's been known to get her heart rate up by boxing for a few minutes in her hotel room, per Byrdie. "For me, it’s really always been a matter of being physically active, not so much working out," she said.

"My number one thing, considering my crazy, crazy schedule, is that I try to devote at least 15 minutes a day to getting some sort of physical activity in, whether it’s riding a bike, taking a walk, even just walking around in my backyard for 15 minutes," Hailee explained. "Just something to get some fresh air and the blood pumping."

Hailee also says that rehearsals for her concert tours help her meet her movement goals. "Dance is definitely my workout of choice because I love the fact that it never really feels like I’m working out. Before I know it, hours have gone by, and I’m sweating and feel great," she told Byrdie.

As for her diet, the Pitch Perfect 3 star shared all her go-to foods with Delish. Cereal is her favorite, and she eats it almost every morning. "Frosted Flakes is my current favorite, though it changes so often," she said.

Lunch might be pasta, a burger, or grilled chicken over rice. And for dinner? More breakfast, Hailee said. "Scrambled eggs, pancakes, what else? I love it all," she explained. "You know what the best thing in the world is? French toast with corn flakes. I had them in New York, I wish I could remember where, and it's French toast coated in corn flakes."
