  • In her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper extracts a giant blackhead, a.k.a. dilated pore of winer, from a woman's earlobe.
  • The doctor compares it to "a little ear piercing," but her patient says she had no idea the blackhead was there.
  • Dr. Pimple Popper slices into the ear with her scalpel and then uses her comedone extractor to pop out a dark nugget of gunk.

Are your eyes and ears ready and open Popaholics? Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, has a new pop that is darn ear-resistible, so you'll need both. Her patient in her office is all ears, because that's where the giant, juicy blackhead is hiding out.

In her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper is tackling a massive blackhead in a sensitive location. The blackhead, which is so big it has leveled up to dilated pore of Winer, is on one of her patient's earlobes. Dr. Pimple Popper captioned her clip: "Is that a special edition pop earring or a blackhead?! 👀 #drpimplepopper"

This blackhead is so big and juicy, Dr. Pimple Popper tells her patient it is a dilated pore of winer. Her patient is basically in a state of shock. It turns out the woman had absolutely no idea there was a blackhead on her earlobe. (Mind blown!)

This blackhead is basically impossible to miss, it looks like a stud earring lodged in the skin. But, Dr. Pimple Popper makes extracting it look oh so easy. She uses her comedone extractor tool and presses on the blackhead. One press and out pops a solid black nugget from under the skin.

Her fans had big expectations. One wrote, "I was waiting for a blackhead explosion 💥 but I’ll take this as my bedtime pop 🤣. Goodnight from the east coast 😴 🌙"

"It looks like a little ear piercing here," Dr. Pimple Popper tells her patient when it's out in the open. It does, but now it's long gone thanks to the derm.
