Sia Cooper © Instagram: @diaryofamommyofficial Sia Cooper An American fitness blogger has been mocked online for doing exercise moves in Target with her two young children in tow.

Sia Cooper, 28, who runs a successful fitness program for mums called Diary of a Fit Mommy, was blasted on Instagram with followers telling her she should train in Walmart because ‘she’d fit in better’.

Others labelled her crazy, attention-seeking and one posted, ‘Don’t don’t make me feel bad for roaming the aisles while snacking on cheese doodles,’ after watching the video of Sia lunging down aisles with her basket and baby on her back, which mind you has now clocked up over 73,000 views.

But Cooper is defiantly standing by her philosophy of exercising when you can wherever you can and posted a response to her angry trolls along with another retail exercise session — this time in Walmart, as the snippy follower had suggested.

"So someone negatively commented yesterday that I should’ve done my video in Walmart because I would’ve fit in better … referring to the common thought that Walmart is a crazy, trashy place. Soooo... I did! Because that’s how I clapback at my haters."

While one woman labelled Sia’s workout as ‘the workout you do when you're desperate for attention from strangers’ and another mum commented, ‘as if any woman would actually do that' – a lot of busy mums like her approach to fitness. And want to try exercising anywhere, anyhow too.

One woman wrote: “Lol. I love that you did this on Whole Foods! I would feel so awkward!” @brimarielarkinI was inspired by Sia and wrote that she thought it was great to utilize the environment you were in. '... couldn’t fathom why anyone would hate on it. I chose to follow you and use your tips to a better life," she posted.

"I've been trying to lose the baby weight by fitting in exercise any time and place I can," said a new mum. "I don't have the money for a gym, so these are some good tips on how to get exercise in anywhere, anytime! You go fit mama!"
