Well this might be your lucky day, because you can do just that and get paid £45,000 for doing so.

The city of Cancun, in Mexico, is looking for someone to live there between March and August next year.

You won't have to use any of your £45,000 to pay for rent as the job advert states: "They will be housed in luxury hotels and resorts for the duration of their stay.

"All work-related accommodations, excursions, and equipment will be completely paid for by"

What's the catch? There is none. All you have to do is be a "brand ambassador" and "showcase the warmth, wonder and essence of Cancun as one of the world's premier vacation destinations."

The job title is CEO, which usually stands for Chief Executive Officer (and comes with a lot of pressure).

But on the white, sandy beaches of Mexico this stands for "Cancun Experience Officer", which sounds much more fun.

"Over a period of six months, you'll research, capture, record, and represent the destination for"

Best of all, you don't even need experience to apply. They only ask that you are aged over 18 before January 1, 2018.

There is no age limit on the job application, so if you're retired and think you can give it a go feel free to apply.

You must also be fluent in written and spoken English. To be honest, we would probably learn any language to bag this job.

The ideal applicant will, they say, have a "unique eye for capturing stories, a warmth in interacting with others, a self-motivated work ethic, and a dedication to producing high-quality work."

If you think this sounds like you, you can apply on the website . Applications close on December 17, 2017.
