Fidelity ClearPath 2045 Port Series B

The fund aims to achieve high total investment return. The fund uses a dynamic asset allocation strategy and invests in underlying Fidelity Funds that invest primarily in a mix of equity securities, fixed-income securities and money market instruments. From inception, through to its target date in 2045 and for a period of approximately 10 years thereafter, an increasing proportion of the fund’s assets are invested in securities of fixed-income funds and money market funds.
