Josephine Harper and a friend show what it's like to be homeless
During the winter of 2020-21, Josephine Harper was staying mainly at the bus shelter in front of Portage Place in Winnipeg. She and a friend, who has since died, had posted a video to Facebook showing what it’s like to be homeless and spending freezing nights in bus shelters.
