Man faces 1st-degree murder charges in Quebec daycare crash
Police are trying to piece together what led to a deadly bus crash into a Quebec daycare. Witnesses say the bus driver, who’s facing first-degree murder charges, was acting erratically and needed to be restrained at the scene.
