Ottawa police are asking for public help in finding an Ottawa woman who was last seen by her family last Friday, Jan. 11.

Susan Kuplu, 37, is an Inuit woman who often spends time downtown and in the Market area.

Her family is concerned for her safety.

She is four feet, 11 inches tall, with a stocky build, long black hair and brown eyes, and weighs 115 pounds. Police don’t know what clothing she is wearing.

Police originally confirmed both she and her adult daughter Lennese were missing, but Lennese showed up this week in the Toronto area.

Anyone with information is asked to call the missing persons unit at (613) 236-1222, extension 2355.
