NCC will start LeBreton Flats development with site near new central library, CEO says
As the NCC moves forward with the LeBreton Flats development, CEO Tobi Nussbaum said on Thursday the agency will start with a parcel of land near the site of Ottawa's new central library and the Pimisi transit station, aligning construction with that of the library's.
