P.E.I. eases restrictions as COVID-19 spread under control

Prince Edward Island will move out of a red-level lockdown imposed early this week in response to a COVID-19 outbreak that led to mass testing. The province will now move into a new 'circuit-breaker' phase which will see schools open, indoor dining at restaurants and modest mixing in households.
