Chevon St. Louis-Patterson Jr. and Kayla St. Louis were last seen at 2 p.m. in the Allen Rd. and Sheppard Ave. W. area, according to investigators.

Late Thursday, police issued an alert for the child and his mother. “We believe he is with her,” said Const. Marilyn Frank of 32 Division.

While there is no immediate concern for the child’s safety, police are seeking them because “the mother does not have custody,” said Const. Allyson Douglas-Cook.
