Nova Scotia adds another $154M to the 2023 health budget from federal funding

The health care summit in Ottawa has laid out a new plan for health spending across Canada. For Nova Scotia that means $154 million in new money this year, and $102 million in new money in subsequent years. Patient care advocates and health care workers have very clear ideas on how that money should be spent. Alicia Draus reports.
