Trudeau defends 'significant injection' of funding in proposed health-care plan, will negotiate 'within the envelope'
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau defended what he called a "significant injection" of funding into the health-care system in the proposed plan he put forward to the country's premiers on Tuesday. While he did not say if the funding was the final offer, he did say they would negotiate with the provinces and territories "within the envelope."
