Winter storm leaves many Texans in the dark as icy road conditions kill 10
A winter storm moving through the U.S. south left many Texans in the dark as icy conditions brought down trees and froze equipment, leaving more than 430,000 people without power as of Thursday. While a warming trend was expected Thursday, the city of Austin's utility company warned all power may not be restored until Friday.
